I had a pleasant five-night stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, enjoying the great views and comfy amenities. However, the limited food options after 10:30 PM were quite inconvenient, especially after a long trip. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but there were some hiccups with the concierge service and check-in that could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My corner room was spacious with stunning views over the Tokyo skyline and Shiba-koen park. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the room was equipped with everything I needed. However, I noticed some areas were a bit outdated compared to the overall luxury vibe the hotel projects.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even managing special requests for my family. However, there were a few moments where communication was a bit off, particularly with certain concierge staff, which made some aspects less smooth than expected for a five-star hotel.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to major attractions and just a short distance from Haneda airport. This central location let me explore the city easily, but it also meant that there was some noise from the surrounding area.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were adequate with both Japanese and Western selections available, but I found the hours restrictive. Room service was prompt and reliable, but I think they could enhance offerings for late-night travelers.
Facilities
7.0
The gym was accessible and well-equipped, and I appreciated the additional perks like executive lounge access. However, some facilities had strict regulations that felt a bit overbearing, such as swimming pool hours and rules about tattoos.

I had a mixed experience at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. While my room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower, I faced challenges with dining options and some staff interactions. The location was great, close to the subway and Tokyo Tower, but I was disappointed by the club lounge experience and the limited food availability late at night. 🌆

Rooms
8.0
The Panoramic King Room was spacious and clean with a stunning view, though it felt slightly dated. I appreciated the extra cables and amenities provided.
Service
6.0
The service varied; some staff were helpful and professional, but others came across as rude. I did not appreciate not being able to take a drink from the lounge back to my room.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the subway and near Tokyo Tower, making it convenient for exploring the city.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, especially after 10:30 pm, which was frustrating for an international traveler. I found room service offerings lacking for evening snacks.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like the executive lounge and gym were good, but the rules regarding drinks were limiting. I also appreciated the free shuttle service.

6.6/10

I had a lovely stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, enjoying nice rooms and pleasant staff. However, I found the lack of a morning coffee shop disappointing, as it didn't open until 10 am. The hotel's bar on the 33rd floor was often booked with tourists wanting to take in the great views, making it tough to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience, but these two aspects held it back from being perfect.

Rooms
9.0
My room was clean, spacious, and extremely well furnished with large windows showcasing beautiful views of the city. I especially appreciated the corner room on the 29th floor that overlooked the Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi hills.
Service
8.0
The staff were consistently friendly and made an effort to accommodate my needs. While generally helpful, some interactions were a bit rigid and unresponsive, but nothing that overshadowed my overall experience.
Location
7.0
Centrally located, the hotel was great for accessing subways and taxis. However, I did find it slightly inconvenient for dining options outside of the hotel, as there were no nearby restaurants that I could easily walk to.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of hot and cold options, the wait times were frustrating. Having to stand in line for 30 minutes was not ideal for what’s supposed to be a 5-star experience. I did enjoy the breakfast once seated, but it felt a bit chaotic.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had good facilities overall, but I was surprised by the additional fees for the gym and some hidden charges in the restaurants. This diminished my impression of the hotel, especially given the high cost of my stay.

7.0/10

I recently stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and while it has its moments of elegance, my experience was overshadowed by several disappointments. The hotel is located near Shiba Park, providing a serene setting, but my room felt outdated and in need of renovation. The service was professional yet lacked warmth, leaving me wanting more from a five-star hotel.

Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious but dated, lacking modern amenities like USB charging points. The cleanliness didn’t meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Service
5.0
The staff were polite and accommodating. however, the check-in process felt rather cold, and I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from the concierge team.
Location
7.0
The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet area near Tokyo Tower, providing beautiful views. However, it's a bit far from major transportation hubs, which can be inconvenient.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the range of delicious options on the top floor. yet the consistency of the menu left much to be desired during my six-night stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the fitness center seemed well-equipped, I found the fees overly steep. Additionally, the lack of accessibility to the pool for children was a letdown.

My stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and beautifully renovated, offering stunning views of the Tokyo skyline, though some aspects of service could use improvement. While breakfast had its moments, I found the price a bit steep for the offerings. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great potential, especially considering its proximity to the iconic Tokyo Tower.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-furnished, providing amazing views of the city and a luxurious bathroom experience.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally helpful, particularly the assistant manager at the front desk who exceeded my expectations by bringing snacks to my room upon arrival. However, some interactions were a bit inconsistent, especially during breakfast.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the Tokyo Tower and offers relatively quick access to transportation options, although not all major attractions are within immediate walking distance.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were available with a mix of Japanese and international cuisines. While the buffet breakfast boasted some delicious choices and stunning views, I felt it wasn’t worth the higher price tag.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities, including room service and housekeeping, but some amenities, like the pool, require additional fees which felt off-putting given the high room rates.
